That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our new feature that enables you to receive notifications via email and/or Telegram whenever a shipment is delayed. With this feature, you’ll be able to proactively reach out to customers and keep them informed about the status of their orders, minimizing the chances of negative feedback and improving their overall shopping experience.
All you need to do is follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Settings >> Alert >> click Create to create a new alert
Step 2: Configure notification settings
Once you have an account and choose a selling plan, you can access Setting Central to configure Email notifications. Simply follow the steps outlined below:
