There are 3 types of licenses:
  • Trial: Suitable for newcomers and solo sellers (Free)
  • Basic: Suitable for solo sellers and small teams ($50/month)
  • Custom: Suitable for medium and big (in scale) teams, there are two types: Expert and Premium. Please contact us for more information.
All cancellations are upto the Sellerwix’s account owner, which means you can cancel at any time. However, your plan of cancellation shall be needed and should be informed by email for further support.
The upgradation and downgradation shall be supported shortly via email; thus, please contact us for further assistance.
  • If the users who have completed the purchase of the license stop using the system before the license expiration date, Sellerwix shall not refund the license purchasing fee.
  • If the users stop using our service, Sellerwix shall proceed with the refund for both the deposit within the user’s balance in our system and the remaining amount of the orders that have not yet been refunded. The refund of each month will be solved and refunded into your balance by the 5th day of every next month.
All former users of Sellerwix (included in the attached list) shall be beneficial from the former price of Sellerwix. Concerning the users who previously stopped using the system and returned, the new license purchasing price shall be applied accordingly, similar to the new users.
All withdrawal requests are to be made by email as a form of confirmation. Please send the withdrawal request to the following email: support@sellerwix.com. Once all procedures (refund, any remained unpaid fees, and transaction re-check) are completed, Sellerwix will inactive your account and your final balance amount shall be refunded to your Payoneer or PingPong account.
The pricing plan of Sellerwix mainly supports the users in terms of reasonable base-cost, and shipping cost
Sellerwix only provides and accepts top-ups for payment on the system. Please make any deposit to your Balance by transferring through our Payoneer/PingPong at: payment@sellerwix.com
As in our policies, Sellerwix shall ensure all information of each individual user in our system is secured and confidential. Your data shall be encrypted for better security, and shall be transferred by API to the suppliers.
You can cancel an order by using the cancel function (symbol “X”) on the order board. However, this action shall lead to 2 cases as follow:
  • The order has not been produced/accepted for cancellation by the suppliers: Can be canceled immediately after your request
  • The order has been produced/marked in production on the suppliers’ system: The Customer service shall assist you by making a cancellation request to the suppliers. Please contact our Customer Service at your earliest.
This shall lead to some errors and misfunctioning in your listing process/adding stores. Please contact us for help!
Adding and removing member(s) helps user to take control of the balance and any transferal/transaction, based on each individual store/staff. Please note that the user’s license must be at Basic tier and higher to apply the Staff Management function.
  • For Basic Tier: maximum 10 seats for user’s numbers of staff
  • For Expert Tier: maximum 20 seats for user’s numbers of staff
  • For Premium Tier: maximum 30 seats for user’s numbers of staff

This policy outlines the charges associated with adding additional stores and users to your existing subscription.

Fees
– Per Additional Store: USD $2.00 per month
– Per Additional User: USD $2.00 per month

How it Works
The monthly cost of your subscription will be adjusted based on the number of additional stores and users you add. The charges will be automatically calculated and reflected in your next invoice.

Example
If your current plan does not include any additional stores or users, and you add:
– 3 additional stores
– 10 additional users
Your monthly bill will increase by:
– Stores: 3 stores * $2.00/store = $6.00
– Users: 10 users * $2.00/user = $20.00
Total monthly increase: $6.00 + $20.00 = $26.00
